I really like to watch a lot be a little bit big for me so I’m having to get it shortened just a hair but other than that it keeps a good time. It’s nice weight to it. I really like it a whole lot. I think you did a tremendous job thank you very much.
So a little disappointed in the paint flaking and chipping but all in all I do love the watch thank you
Great packaging for professionally done was way more impressed. I figured what came fast and secure and in and very nice box and with a tool to adjust the size highly recommend it. It Travis ty 😘

Hello to the entire community, I received the item I requested (the watch), which appears as advertised, but upon closer inspection, the watch has some flaws, such as the strap being made of too light metal, and the paintwork itself being sloppy. The rest is passable, so I'll give it a two-star rating.

Three things. I ordered two black watches one showed up silver (they said it just looked different due to lighting) I ordered two sets of extra links knowing my writs are large and won’t fit without. Didn’t receive them in my order. Complained, they said they would send them out right away and sent pictures of only one set of the black watch. So I asked to confirm if both sets were sent out. They confirmed. Mail shows up they sent two sets of the black extra links and none for the silver. I’m behond sick of dealing with this and just want my money back at this point. It’s obviously a shitty Chinese company mass production not hand made by some goth chick as advertised.

It took for ever for the watch to arrive. Love the watch, hated the band extremely light. Difficult to remove links in the band, even with the correct tools ended up having to buy a different wristband.

Customer support was great. Raven was very attentive in answering questions and concerns, and even added a special feature to the site before I ordered so I could buy extra links in case the band was too tight for my liking. I have a large hand and wrist, and I don’t like the feel of a tight watch band. It fit perfectly out of the box. I didn’t even need to extra links. I plan on purchasing another watch also. I get many compliments on my new watch.
Had to remove a link. It was huge on me at first. But once i did it is very comfortable. Looks awesome. Ive had several people ask about it or compliment it. Also, side note. If you need any help they respond very fast. Will definitely buy more!!

Nothing was damaged. Everything came as pictured on the website. Happy with it just have to adjust the band a little bit.
